Refund & Returns Policy

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags attached.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at hunowear@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping address.

Please note: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at [your email address].

Sale Items

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
