Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
HUNO Independent Wear is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to international orders. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by your local customs authority.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at hunowear@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. HUNO Independent Wear is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at hunowear@gmail.com and we will do our best to make changes before the order ships.
